How do you get my consent?

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
If you choose sign up to our newsletter we will use your email address to send you emails with news of new product launches, events and promotions that may be of interest to you. If you sign up through the link on the homepage of this website, your email address will be stored on the website (Shopify) database* and also forwarded to internal admin email ID of Kriya Studio, by Shopify on our behalf.
Your email address will remain on the database/s until you request for it to be removed. You can remove your email address at any time by sending an email to info@kriyastudio.in from the email address that you wish to remove, or by clicking the unsubscribe link on any email / newsletter sent from us.
If you place an order on kriyastudio.in , your name, address, telephone number and email address is collected on this website’s database and the database of CashFree, our payment gateway, so that we may fulfil your order and communicate with you.
We do not receive your banking details, credit/debit card number, expiry date, card holder name, or any other information for payments made through our payment gateway, CashFree.
CashFree is a 100% secure, PCI DSS certified payment gateway, & has gone a step further and incorporated a very robust Risk Management System developed with help from Paypal.
If you contact us via email we will not add your email address to this website’s database unless you have expressly requested to be added to our newsletter.
*Our website is run & hosted by Shopify. All traffic between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.
