Who are you?
We are a home furnishing and accessories brand, expressing ourselves through crafted and embellished textile products. 

What do you do?
We tell stories. Our stories are handcrafted skillfully by our dexterous craftsmen using a variety of innovative techniques in print, embroidery and stitch creating an interplay and juxtaposition of the old and the new. We focus on dedicated efforts to limit our environmental footprint by repurposing materials and resources.

Where are your products made?
All our products are made at our studio cum workshop in Delhi, India. We outsource some activities with trusted vendor partners and everything comes together finally at our unit in New Delhi.

Do you have a physical store? What are the hours of operation?
We do not have a physical store. However, you are welcome to visit us at our workshop between 11am and 5PM Monday to Saturday on prior appointment and subject to availability.
 
Where can I buy your products?
All our products are available on our website and for any additional requirements, we are happy to help at all times. Please do get in touch with us at info@kriyastudio.in for the same. We also stock at various stores across the country and you can visit one of our stockists to see our products in person. You can find the full list of our stockists on our Stockist page.
 
Do you design custom pieces or collaborate on projects?
Yes. We love to work on commissions and collaborations. For all inquiries, please email info@kriyastudio.in. We are happy to design custom pieces wherever possible, and have worked on a large variety of custom and corporate/ gifting orders. However a minimum order quantity may apply. We love to collaborate on interesting projects. For all inquiries, please email at info@kriyastudio.in with your proposal.
 
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes. For corporate, wedding gifting or for stocking our products at your store or any other bulk orders, please email us at info@kriyastudio.in with your requirements. 
 
Do you offer interior design services?No, but if you need help choosing our home textiles to suit your home, please let us know and we will be happy to help out! We also work with interior designers on larger interior styling projects. For all inquiries please email at info@kriyastudio.in 
 
How can I find out about new launches?The best way is to sign up to our newsletter. As well as news about new products, sales and events you'll also receive a promo code for 10% off your first order. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more updates on our new product lines and new developments.

I'm interested in styling /doing a review of a product from Kriya Studio. How do I go about it?
We have limited products for marketing and promotions as our products are individually manufactured by our talented artisans from the start to finish. Please write to us at info@kriyastudio.in and we will get back to you!
 
I didn't receive an email with my promo code
When you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a welcome email with a discount code for 10% off your first order. You will need to confirm your subscription first, so please check your junk or spam folder and click on the link in the email to opt-in. If you have done this and still haven't received it please email info@kriyastudio.in and we'll send it across as soon as we can.
 
Why is my Promo code not valid?
Promo codes can only be used on full price items and cannot be combined with automatic discounts at checkout. If you sign up to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount code off your first order, it is only valid for one-time use up to 3 months from the date of issue. If you need any help at all, please get in touch on info@kriyastudio.in. Promo codes can only be used at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
 
Can I add a Gift note to my order?
Of course. If you are ordering a present to be sent directly to a loved one, click 'Is this a gift?' in the cart to write a message for us to include in the package for the recipient. We take pride in our presentation so you can be rest assured it will be sent with love and care. Please note we do not include printed invoices or have prices on our product tags
 
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We do not offer COD, however all our online payment options: debit card, credit card, net banking and UPI are 100% secure.
 
Can I get a GST Invoice?
Yes, to request a GST invoice please email your GSTIN details and order number to info@kriyastudio.in within 4 days of placing your order.
 
Can you tell me more about Gift cards?
Gift cards can be redeemed against any purchase on kriyastudio.in. More than one gift card can be used towards a purchase. We don't send out physical gift cards, you will receive an email with a code and instructions on how to redeem it at checkout that you can forward to the recipient or print out at home if you wish. There are no additional processing fees.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days unless the product is made to order in which case the lead time will be notified to you via email. Please allow 4-5 working days from dispatch for orders to arrive.
 
I gave you the wrong shipping address - can I change it?
If this happens, email us as soon as you can and we’ll take care of it. Please include information such as order number and the date when order was placed. However, we reserve the right to be helpless if your order has already been shipped. 
 
I live outside India, and want to own a Kriya Studio product. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship outside India, but in the future we definitely mean to. We will update you on this page when it happens.
 
What's your refund/exchange policy?
Our goal at Kriya Studio is for you to use and cherish your Kriya studio product. If, however, you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us on info@kriyastudio.in within 2 days of receipt of parcel only. We can offer a replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition (with tags attached) and packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Kriya Studio. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the items, the replacement will be initiated. We will offer an exchange on any full price item, excluding fabric by the meter, lamps and products that are made to order, as long as they are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags attached. Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns.

If I am unhappy with the product, will my money be returned in full?
Unfortunately we can’t refund the money if you are unhappy with the product. Liking or not liking a product can be very subjective so we won't be able to take responsibility for that.
**Please note that all images of products are for representation purposes only, and may have slight variations in fabric, texture and color from the product in hand. Please note that minor differences in color, printing and placement of the print or embroidery are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand-made nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
 
Can I return an item that is on sale?
All items on sale are final and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
 
Are the cushion cover inserts included?
Cushion cover inserts are not included and have to be purchased separately. We do not currently offer pillow inserts on our website.
 
Where can I get a cushion filler?
Cushion fillers are easily available. In India try local markets or home stores. Our cushions are standard sizes, but if you can’t find the exact size or if you want to make sure you get a plump look when filled, try a size slightly bigger. In special circumstances provided MOQs are met and shipping charges are covered, we could also provide fillers on request, please email info@kriyastudio.in with your location and requirement. 
     
    Can I order a cushion cover/ bedding/ curtain in a custom size?
    Yes we can, provided the minimum order quantities per product are met. Please email us at info@kriyastudio.in with your requirements and we will get back to you with the specifics.
     
    Can I order a cushion cover/ bedding/ curtain in a custom color?
    We do not offer custom color options unless it is a bulk order.
     
    How should I look after my Kriya Studio products?
    All our products are handmade (hand printed, hand machine embroidered and hand stitched) and should be looked after with love. Please check the product details for specific care instructions, but in general we recommend that most home textile products and scarves are dry cleaned and kept out of direct sunlight. If you are hand washing products, we recommend you use a mild detergent with no optical whiteners, bleaching agents or enzymes as these can cause colors to fade or become patchy. All our fabrics are 100% natural and as with all natural fabrics, they may fade slightly with time.  All lighting products can be dusted clean with a dry cloth. Please take care to dust carefully so as to not damage your product. All Bags and purses are to be stored in a dust bag when not in use and kept away from moisture. You can spot clean them with a wet cloth when necessary and also dry clean them.
       
      Are you hiring/ can I Intern or do my   Graduation project with Kriya Studio?
      For Internship and graduation projects, please get in touch with us at Info@kriyastudio.in and we will let you of the availability for the same. Also, as and when a position opens up we will advertise the same on our website and other platforms, so do look out!
