Shipping + Returns

ORDER + SHIPPING PROCESS
All orders ship from our studio in New Delhi, India.We ship via our preferred courier service. All shipping is calculated based on your shipping location.When you review your order in the checkout you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days unless the product is made to order in which case the lead time will be notified to you via email. Please allow 4-5 working days from dispatch for orders to arrive.As soon you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. All items in your order will be shipped together. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with details of the shipping method and tracking number.
Most orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. This could be your work address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided we will contact you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. Deliveries will
be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us.
We will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address and you will be liable for extra charges that occur for address changes after your order has been dispatched. If after ordering you notice an error in your details please email email@example.com as soon as possible so it can be corrected prior to dispatch.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Our goal at Kriya Studio is for you to use and cherish your Kriya studio product. If, however, you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of parcel only.
We can offer a replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition (with tags attached) and packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Kriya Studio. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the items, the replacement will be
We will offer an exchange on any full price item, excluding fabric by the meter, lamps and products that are made to order, as long as they are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, and
in original packaging with original tags attached. Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns.
How to return your purchase:
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the return / exchange details within 2 days of receipt
of parcel only. Pack and securely seal the merchandise with original tag in the original shipping with package if possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be
considered for exchange.
Please note that minor differences in color, printing, placement of the print and placement of embroidered motif are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade, hand printed and hand machine embroidered nature of our
products and are what makes each piece special. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, this includes and not limited to, items adjusted by a person or company other than Kriya Studio or items returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.
Customers in India have the option to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking and Wallets.Orders are processed in INR by Cashfree, a 100% secure payment gateway platform with the latest PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification. You will be transferred to Cashfree to complete your transaction.
You may be transferred to your bank's 3D secure verification process to authenticate your transaction.
